Jake Gyllenhaal would do Julianne Moore on screen

"Jake Gyllenhaal has admitted that if he had to have onscreen sex with anyone, he’d pick A Single Man actress Julianne Moore.

“I really think I would do Julianne Moore, kinda hands down. She has great movie sex,” Jake tells us in our video interview.

However, when his Love And Other Drugs co-star Anne Hathaway suggests she’d like to partner up with Viggo Mortensen onscreen, Jake’s having none of it.

Over two years after his tragic death, Michelle Williams is finally opening up about losing ex-fiancee Heath Ledger.

The 'Blue Valentine' star appeared in an interview on Nightline Tuesday night to promote her film, but also talked about how she reacted immediately after the death, and in the years following. Turns out, in some ways, it was easier then.

"In a strange way, I miss that year, because all those possibilities that existed then are gone," she said. "It didn't seem unlikely to me that he could walk through a door or could appear behind a bush. It was a year of very magical thinking, and in some ways I'm sad to be moving further and further away from it."

Williams met Ledger on the set of their film, 'Brokeback Mountain' and had a daughter together.

Now, in 'Blue Valentine', she plays a woman suffering from heartbreak again, this time with Ryan Gosling. The film will be released on December 29th. Source: www.huffingtonpost.com

In an interview airing tonight on ABC News Nightline, host Cynthia McFadden straight-out asked Michelle and Ryan if they are romantically entangled. The answer they gave is half-middle-school, half-mime, and totally unsatisfying.

First Ryan whistled and looked around, pretending as if he hadn’t heard the question. People can see you through the television screen, Gosling! Michelle just grinned silently while Ryan, after calling Williams a “sexy cowboy,” drapes his arm around her and shakes his head while grinning smugly. Whaaa? If we were Gosling’s other alleged girlfriend Blake Lively, we wouldn’t know if we should storm out of Ryan’s life forever or write him a love note.

"Jake Gyllenhaal accepted a role in Love & Other Drugs because he was questioning his feelings about love. He told BANG Showbiz: “I just think there comes a time in different people’s lives where they say do I have real love? Do I want real love? What is real love? With the script I seemed to be in a time when that was a pressing question. “

He explained: “With this, I very rarely have a moment where I get excited and I go, ‘Somebody wrote this for me and they don’t know it.’ And I felt that way when I read this the first time and I was loving the character at first and then I was crying at the end because I felt like when he says, ‘Sometimes your life doesn’t go the way you expect it too’, and usually it doesn’t.

"Jake Gyllenhaal has joked that he was attracted to his role in Love and Other Drugs because it involved being in the nude with Anne Hathaway.

He jested to Cover Media: "It was out of pity and I was, like, the 45th actor to be offered the role. After everyone heard they had to be naked with Annie they just started turning it down... just kidding.

"It was just a lot of different things [that drew me to it]. I've always wanted to get naked in a movie with Annie again and I felt like this was an opportunity to help her."
